Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Tasting by The Judge Tool ("Tasting"). By signing in, you agree to them.

Using Tasting

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
• You must be at least 13 years old. Follow the laws that apply to you, including any about alcohol, when you host or join a tasting.
• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break it, access other people's data, or post unlawful or abusive content.

Your content

The scores, notes, and tags you enter remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people in the same tasting so the service can work. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service

Tasting is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and data may be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of it.

Ending use

You can stop using Tasting at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
